My name is Richard Weaver. I am a fully accredited freelance ESOS Lead Assessor and I trade under the name Enercert. 

I have undertaken many hundreds of site surveys through ESOS phases 1, 2 and 3, as employee, contractor and as direct consultant.

I seek to serve clients at the lower end of the ESOS 'spectrum': those with up to around 500 employees or up to a dozen business locations.    However, my experience extends through all forms and types of organisation.​
